Partner with Sage
Why?
The steps involved in inventing, protecting
one's invention, and then commercializing an invention for
profit are neither straightforward nor easy. Many different
skills are needed to navigate the inevitable obstacles
along the path to success. There is no substitute for
experience. It can also be difficult to find, and expensive
to retain, trustworthy help.
Who?
Many people have great ideas, but most don't
know how to assess whether their idea is actually a new
invention. And if it is, many inventors don't know how to
protect their invention, accurately assess its business
potential, or turn it into a valuable and marketable
business asset. Few people know how to effectively utilize
their precious resources to leverage and maximize the value
of their invention, and even fewer people know how to
market their invention and negotiate an agreement to have
their invention commercialized, benefiting society while
generating a fair return to both the inventor and the
company.
How?
Partnership agreements can take many forms and
Sage is quite flexible. If we decide to work together, we
will structure an arrangement that is mutually beneficial,
reflects the relative contributions each party makes to the
project, and equitably shares both risks and rewards.
